Q: How far advance should I book my event:

A: To ensure our availability and our preparation as to time, logistics and equipment, we suggest that you book as early as possible.

Q: Why do you offer High-Resolution Photo while I see others offering High Definition (HD) photo?

A: High Definition Photo is a 1920x1080 pixel high-definition (HD) quality photo that will
perfectly fit a wide-screen HDTV (16:9) for full-screen viewing.

High-Resolution Photo is pixels that can translate to measured in size by dividing by 300 DPI (commercial high-quality printing quality). 

Thus, since photos are for printing we offer high-resolution photos.  We also have an aspect ration of 3:2 which makes it ideal for printing.

Payment Terms

• Down payment due upon booking (for first time clients) or our appearance during the date of shoot (for loyal clients)
• Balance due upon meet-up or delivery of CDs

Copyright and Licenses Policy

• PicSis Photo Video will be under no obligation to display the images while the event is still underway 
• PicSis Photo Video retains the copyright to the images and videos. 
• PicSis Photo Video is permitted to upload sample photos on its social media and website unless client wishes otherwise.

Changes and Cancellation Policy

• After receiving your FINAL booking confirmation and you need to change your booking appointment, please contact  PicSis Photo Video immediately at (0922) 899-4323.

Notification Policy

• PicSis Photo Video will send final booking confirmation once all the details are approved by both parties.
• PicSis Photo Video will send follow-up reminder of confirmation 1 week prior to the shoot date.
• PicSis Photo Video will send follow-up reminder of confirmation 1 day prior to the shoot date.
